And here's a movie trailer,
woaH, Isn't it exhilirating, exciting, invigorating, thrilling?! I can't wait to watch the movie. See you at theaters in May 25 guys. ^^
Woah, It was 11 PM when I opened my Gunbound character and guess what? My professional skills were a 110% efficient. In 30 games, I won 29... ^^. Want to see some of my finest wins?! Well, I got it posted it. Seeing is believing!
A win from a red dragon ( can you imagine that there are only 4 red dragons playing in gunbound?)
Another win from a blue dragon, " I didn't even used a dual item, see? My item slot is full"
A compliment from a diamond whole? ^^. I love this game.
My buddy list, " Are you one of them? "
Is it a double kill? Is it? Is it? Look closely.
" Oh, It is a Double Kill. "
Woah, woah, woah. Amaze? Gunbound addicts ( like me?), I want to challenge you all! Just joking...Let's just play a game or two and show me what you got ^^. Well, I sounded that I'm boasting to death, right? With a measly Silver double sided axe, I do sounded like I'm playing a Blue Dragon or Silver dragon..hehe,( but is it in the ranks?!) ^^, Hey, this is my blog, it's my life. ^^. It's been 2 years now since I started playing this game. It was Gunbound world/International before, it's now Gunbound Philippines...damn, I miss the times, those times..when we were just sophomores...james and I became best pals because of this game. We were the best team ever, though we were a lot more newbies before, hehe. We always meet up at Starbitz during Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, Non-working Holidays, school activities, after periodical exams, etc. and play Gunbound at least half a day. In the summer of 05, we were dominating Gunbound international rooms, wrecklessly winning games through teamworks ( teamworks?! bwahahaha...KS( Kill Steal/s), strategies, formulas ( bwahahha! I'm laughing while I'm writing this), and ofcourse, Natural Professionalism or in short PROness. We were arguing ( until now...) who among the two of us, is much more better in playing the game, and inorder to settle that, we played a number of games in the past...I forgot the results though ^^, but as far as I could remember, he is much better in formulas and strategies while I'm much better on adjusting to wind changes and angle ammendments. We recently play a 1 on 1 game, early morning of May ( we still didn't have our breakfast and shower that time.. ^^), and he won a couple of games early on until I got my finesse and had the last laugh, bwahaha. Though the other boys in our section (Delta Dolphins..."ekkk" {Dolphin's echoing voice} ) like Rexxie, Ade ( Skipping MTG lessons for Gunbound guys?!), Christian, Darryn ( HAPPY 17th BIRHDAY DARRYN!!!), Rey, and Ardjani( what's your username ardj? *******, the password? *******..copy-paste huh? hahaha) also plays Gunbound, but the two of us are the most devoted in playing the game. We almost lose our sanity and nearly skip a whole day class just to play Gunbound, luckily our conscience were still working in its best conditions that time. ^^. hmmmm,...I can't really remember when, why, and how we stopped playing the game,.. was it because of our research papers..chem chapter test/s? physics photocopy-all-notes-from-the-girls era? PE dance practices? (definitely not... coz James and I have PCs on our house.. LOL), English reports? Filipino reports?( duh, you can do an impromptu report for this subject) or was it because of a new game on the block? or maybe, just maybe...it was when we realized that we were wasting too much money ( at least P500 per week..)...hmmm, erase the last reason ^^, it's definitely not the reason, or was it? We have our PCs on our home, but with a vibe connection back then?! Throw the card. Ahhh, forget it, all I know is that we stopped playing for some "particular" reason. We did bring to a close our Gunbound days but the bonding we made...the arguements, the skills, teamwork, smiles, tears (?), trust, and the laughs we shared would forever linger in the depths of our souls. Thanks Gunbound.
So, why am I playing this game again? Just for FUN, it's summer ^^.
Highlights from the NBA, NBA's first five. The best of the best in the world. Here they are, Phoenix guard and two-time defending NBA Most Valuable Player Steve Nash and Suns center Amaré Stoudemire are the first teammates since the L.A. Lakers’ Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal in 2003-04 to be named to the First Team, as the NBA announced the 2006-07 All-NBA Teams today. Nash, who earns First Team honors for the third straight season, led the NBA in assists during the regular season with a career-high 11.6 per game. He became the first NBA player to average at least 18 points (18.6) and 11 assists. Stoudemire averaged 20.4 points and a career-high 9.6 rebounds for the Pacific Division champion Suns. He ranked second among NBA centers in scoring. Nowitzki, who also makes his third straight First Team appearance, led the Mavericks to an NBA-best 67-15 regular-season record. He averaged 24.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, a career-high 3.4 assists, and set a new personal best for three-point percentage (.416). He finished the regular season as the only player in the NBA to shoot 50 percent from the field (.502), 40 percent from three-point range and 90 percent from the free throw line (.904). For the second straight season, Bryant led the NBA in scoring with 31.6 points per contest, while posting 5.7 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game. He became just the second player in NBA history to score 50 or more points in four straight games when he tallied 65 vs. Portland on March 16, 50 vs. Minnesota on March 18, 60 at Memphis on March 22, and 50 at New Orleans/Oklahoma City on March 23. Duncan earns his ninth First Team selection, the most of any active player, with averages of 20.0 points, 10.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists. His 1,599 points this season were the most since he scored 1,884 in 2002-03. He scored in double figures 78 times during the regular season.
I can't really think of a game to play anymore...my summer is cool, except for evenings though (from 9 PM to 4 AM), don't really know what to do on such time like that. Sleep? Well, sleeping is a thing of the past, furthermore I don't want to spend my whole night sleeping and gain nothing but nightmares. It was 3 AM when a great idea pop out in my mind, " How about playing dotA?". Yeah, why not, right? My parents and my sisters are asleep and our internet's connection is great, so what's the problem? Well, the problem is... when my parents would know that I'm still playing this kind of game, I'll surely be burn at the stake...grizzly death...oh cmon, who cares? I'll just finish it before they wake up, right? Yeah, I still got 2 hours, before they come out from their room and drink cofee. So, without wasting precious milliseconds, I opened up my GGclient and entered the DotA Philippines Server. I then joined a 5 on 5 game. Ofcourse, my name was Shockwave, my usual pseudoname in the game. I was playing for the Sentinel, and I must protect the World Tree with all my heroes life though that did not actually happen cause we pawn the opponents to surrender. hahahaha. 5....4....3...2...1...Loading....Loading....The game begins...It was set to -arnp, and the computer randomly (by God's divine grace!) gave me, Jakiro! ( Summon Twin headed dragon)...
~ Summary of the game ~
With a great rogueknight and zeus on our side, the game goes smoothly on our side. Though I died 2 times (damn scourge heroes, I was cornered 4-1 =P...). but i did played a great game. With rogueknight on the offense, the scourge players were busy defending their towers, while I was sooo busy farming in the forest with a hand of midas at lvl 9. So, what's my reward? This...
Before
After
See the difference guys? From a simple sobi mask and ring of regeneration to uhmmm, well... ^^. And you know what's the real surprise? We only played the game for a total of 1 hour and 21 minutes. So, you may have ask yourselves, " How the hell did he come up with that items?". The secret behind was..hero kills, lots of it. It's not new that Jakiro is a pusher-type hero, with its dual breath it could kill a set of attacking creeps in just a few seconds. So how did I get so much money to be able to form that kind of items? Just like what I told you, the secret was hero kill, humbly speaking...I got myself 33 hero kills (most deaths comes from the low health pugna... thanks pugna ^^). And I also did have 3 double kills..and ofcourse this...
Got the point? Ahhh, this is life...I was commented by one of the players as pro to death... haha! I proved myself again....yeahh..So, with a great game like that, I saved some screenshots, and with the use of some programs, I uploaded this pics. It was about 4:45 AM when I started this entry, my parents woke up at about 5:30 AM...hehe. Though I was not caught playing the game, I was still scolded to death for not sleeping and was grounded from the PC for a day (or was I?)... ^^. That's why this entry was posted late. It was actually played last May 5, 2007. Well, gotta go guys, gonna update more later. I'll still be attending the Birthday bash of my friend...and not to mention my sister's birthday is also today! Until next time.
